I'm starting to not like Xanga anymore. It's getting too Myspace/Facebook-ish and it's harder to use now. I just want a simple BLOG, not all this other stuff! Although it is good for linking pictures to other places. Plus, does anyone really read this, besides BB? Okay, I'm sure some people do but I know many people have left Xanga and moved on to bigger and better places.

Tim got a job a couple weeks ago delivering pizzas for Domino's. When he works, he gets good money because he makes tips, but he's not getting all the hours he wants to. I'm not getting my hopes up that he will get more hours, so he'll be back on the hunt for a supplementary job.
We are so dirt poor it's not even funny. I know God will provide but he sure is increasing our faith!!
This week will prove to be busy with helping people move, maybe visiting sick people, and a couple dinners. And then the week after that my parents come down for the Wing Ding. Anyone know where I can buy a baby biker's bandanna??

Speaking of babies, Micaiah is absolutely adorable! Have I mentioned that lately?? His new things are grabbing, sticking his fist in his mouth, sticking his thumb in his mouth and gagging himself (!!), and just generally wanting to chew on everything.

Well, I found the perfect job! I didn't know how long it would take, but I beat Tim to finding a job. Last Monday evening my friend from our birthing class called and said her manager was going to be interviewing and hiring a few new people this week She had told me that she worked part time at a gym in the nursery and could take her baby with her but I hadn't gone to fill out an application yet. Well, I went in on Tuesday morning to fill out an application and the manager interviewed me at the same time. On Thursday she called me to get some more information on contacting my references and a couple hours later I was hired! I started last Friday - a week ago. So far it's been a transition back into the workplace and being busy again. It's tiring to entertain babies for hours at a time but my shift is never longer than 4 hours. Of course I take Micaiah with me and most of the time I'm in the infant section and able to be around him. I can even nurse him when it's not too busy! God has certainly blessed me! Plus, I get a free gym membership and free childcare when I come to workout. (Which I haven't done yet - still adjusting!)
